dead penalty will be delete in Illinois

Reuters) - Legal dead will be deleted. What's the word world? This is true. One town that will do that is Illinois. The town was ready to become the first state since 2009 to abolish the death penalty after the state Senate approved the ban on Tuesday and sent it to Democratic Governor Pat Quinn for his signature.

The Senate's voice came after parliament's approval last week. The vote, the Senate was 32-25. Wow this is really amazing.

Illinois has not executed there for more than a decade after former Republic of Governor George Ryan imposed a moratorium on executions in January 2000 after a series of revelations that people have been sent to Death Row who were later found not guilty. This is the basis why the law is not always effective dead, can even endanger innocent people.

"We had 20 people who are innocent on Death Row," said Jeremy Schroeder, executive director of the Illinois Coalition Against the Death Penalty. "It's time to do with the moratorium and do the right thing."

State Senator Kwame Raoul, sponsor size, saying that too many mistakes have been made in Illinois who sent innocent people to death. Not only too much but also a political and not just in law. Who will be blamed if you have this?

"We have a historic opportunity ... to join the civilized world and end this practice risked the execution of innocent people," said Raoul before the vote. He believes, do not have to die to uphold the law of justice.

A spokesman for Governor Quinn, Annie Thompson, said the governor plans to review laws after arriving at his desk. Quinn said he supports the death penalty for the worst crimes. He also said it is important that sinners are not implemented and that he would keep the moratorium in place.

Good-bye to death, welcome to the law that is more humane!
