Gap Back to Logo Original After Backlash Social Media

The rejection of the new logo Gap (and now defunct) has been intense. Outside thousands of tweets and Facebook status updates chided design, people find other creative ways to protest the new logo. A fake Twitter accounts have gathered thousands of followers, while the Gap logo generator quickly went viral. It was creative but very dangerous if misused.
While social media is not the only reason the Gap felt compelled to return to the old logo, no doubt a major factor. Whereas the old logo are not less good with this new logo.
