Pasadena, Calif. - Dozens of fans fighting in the parking lot before the Rose Bowl football game Southern California-UCLA on Saturday, leaving two people stabbed, two police officers with minor injuries and three people were arrested, authorities said.About 40 fans from both schools fought at around 16:20 on the lawn of the Brookside Golf Course is that the stadium is used for event parking, Pasadena police Cmdr. Darryl Qualls said.One person was stabbed in the cheek and the other was stabbed in the back during a riot some three hours before game-Crosstown rivalry between Bruins and Trojans is set to begin, Qualls said. Both were taken by ambulance to Huntington Memorial Hospital. He described their condition as stable.One officer was treated for sprained hand, the other for ankle sprains, and both are released, Qualls said.Arturo Cisneros, 44, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, police said. Steven Radu, 27, and Joshua Elder, 23, was arrested for investigating the attacks on police officers.
